Before founding Davel and Lottering Construction, Hennie Davel and Christoff Lottering worked together for 12 years at Group Five as Senior Contracts Manager and Project Site Agent. They were part of and led teams which completed multiple large construction projects like the Green Point Stadium project for the 2010 FIFA World Cup at a cost of circa R2.85 billion. The Water’s Edge residential development on the Century City Canal edge, consisting of 144 high end residential units, was completed in record time.

Hennie and Christoff have built relationships with several influential developers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers, which contributes to successfully achieving the Davel & Lottering objective of consistently delivering quality and reliability.
