About Us

Offering a “one stop” construction solution, Davel and Lottering Construction deliver high quality housing to the residential and commercial sectors of the Western Cape. Founded in 2016, we offer innovative, creative input and expert building skills, backed by the solid experience of multiple projects for top level construction entities.

A love of construction and a passion for the finer details around high end residential construction laid the foundation for our own building venture, Davel and Lottering Construction. With over 20 years of combined main building experience and a dozen years of refining our construction knowledge and skills with Group 5 construction, we are imminently qualified to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget – without exception.
